What is Multidapt®?

Multidapt® is a patented solution which gives the user of portable electronics a wide range of possibilities on how to carry/attach a device onto the body, on the bike or in the car.

How does Multidapt® work?

The whole system is based on the “Multidapt®-female”, the part which is attached either directly on the device or on the Krusell case. To this “female” you can attach any of KRUSELL’s clips or swivel buttons. The mini clip, big clip and the spring clip can directly be used on your belt, on the shirt, in your jacket or wherever. The Swivel attachments are compatible with the different belt holders (Leather, Steel, and Slide).

What’s the idea of Multidapt®?

The idea is to be able to change the suspension device easily, so for different needs you can use different holders without spending a fortune. It should not be necessary to buy one leather case for work and one for leisure. You only switch from steel swivel kit to mini clip, for example. Independently of what accessory you have chosen you can still attach the handset on your bike or in your car as well as to your body or clothes.

Can the advantages of the Multidapt® be used without a Krusell case?

Yes, by using a Multidapt®-adapter that you attach directly to your phone, you have unlimited options to choose any of the Multidapt®accessories (both personal holders and vehicle holders). To be able to use the Quick-Mounter-system you don't even need the adapter.

What is Krusell actually producing?

Where am I supposed to attach the Neck strap, Wrist strap and Security strap on the case?

On the backside of your Multidapt®- case, there is a small loop to attach these accessories to or on the Metal Clip.

My phone doesn't work with my Quick-Mounter. What do I do wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong. Your phone is probably equipped with a Lithium-Ion- or Lithium-Polymer battery. You therefore need to attach a Quick-Fix to your handset. Quick-Fix is a small metal plate that has self adhesive tape on the backside. Attach it on the backside of your phone and you will be "back on track”.

How much of a discount is offered under the educational program?

Educational discounts will be offered as a discounted percentage of 15%.

How long does it take to get approved for discounts?

Once we receive your information for eligibility, we will send you an e-mail to confirm eligibility or ask for additional information within 24hours.

Once approved for the educational discount, can I continue to buy under the discount program without going through the approval process again?

Yes, once you’re approved you will be eligible for 1 year from the date of acceptance.  After the year has expired, you will need to resend your information for eligibility.

Will I be contacted once my eligibility expires?

Yes, our system will automatically send you an e-mail to notify you that your eligibility has expired.

Can I apply multiple discounts i.e. Sales items and free shipping?

Yes and no, with exceptions.  Once you’re approved you will always benefit from your educational discount and it will be applied as your last discount.  Free shipping will apply as long as your order qualifies you for free shipping.  You will not be able to stack coupons or promotional sales to your order.  If you see an item on sale on our site, you will be able take part in the sale as well as apply your educational discount.  Note: we will remove any coupons that are added to the shopping cart.

What if I’ve already ordered and forgot to apply for eligibility

If we haven’t yet sent your order, please have us cancel the order and you can send through the order again once approval is established. In the case that we have already sent out your order, we will not be able apply discounts on that order.

What items are eligible for this discount?

All manufacturers on our website are eligible for educational discounts. Any electronic devices will be eligible for ½ of the current educational discount.

Is the program transferable?

No, under no conditions can this discount be transferred to anyone.

Can I use my discount to buy multiple items for gifts?

Yes, as long your eligibility is current, you can benefit from these discounts at any time, for as may items as you’d like to purchase and for gifts to family and friends.
